We will give refund of the machine in the following terms and conditions only
- Refund is applied for within 10 days of delivery of product
- If product has a manufacturing defect, it falls within the purview of Blue Star Ltd or VOLTAS (Manufacturer) and the refund policies of Blue Star Ltd or VOLTAS will apply in such cases.
- If product has cosmetic damage, dents or other such physical issues, customer can opt for a refund or for replacement provided they communicate to us within 10 days of delivery.
- If customer cancels the product before delivery has been initiated, then there is no penalty to customer. However, if customer cancels the product after delivery has been initiated, then customer has to bear reverse logistics charges.
Once the order gets cancelled, amount will be refunded to the customer via NEFT or RTGS. If you have paid for the machine via credit card, amount will be reversed in the credit card. For this, customer will have to share his or her NEFT details. Customer can mail the same to contact@deepfreezersmart.com
After receiving the required information for refund, refund will be processed in 2 business days and same will reflect in your account in another 2-4 business days.
